Natural Element Property Management was built by real estate investors, for real estate investors. Our family has been buying, building, managing, and financing properties across New Hampshire and Florida for generations — from multifamily and commercial buildings to vacation rentals and development projects. We didn't get into property management to manage other people's assets. We got into it because we live this business every day.

Natural Element is led by Zackary Couch, a U.S. Army veteran who served 8 years as a combat and technical engineer, including a tour in Afghanistan where he was wounded in action and awarded the Purple Heart. After the military, Zackary built a career spanning civil engineering, IT management, construction, and NYC commercial real estate before returning to his roots in New Hampshire to take over and grow the family portfolio. His background isn't typical for a property manager — and that's exactly the point.

We manage commercial strip malls, multifamily buildings, student housing, and individual homes — not because we offer every service, but because our portfolio includes all of them. When you work with Natural Element, you're working with operators who have skin in the game. We know what it costs when a tenant leaves, what it takes to keep a building running through a New Hampshire winter, and what out-of-state owners actually need to sleep well at night.
